Chad Flach Is a sixth-generation resident of Comfort, Texas. Having lived here his entire life, he knows the Texas Hill Country, like only a true native can. He’s lived and worked on his family's ranch his whole life, where he’s a fourth- generation rancher, raising cattle, sheep and Angora goats. He and his wife Kristin are raising their son to appreciate and respect the ranching way of life in the Texas Hill Country.

With 23 years of construction industry experience, Chad knows the building process inside and out, from foundation to framing, to trim to roofing, and everything in-between.
